APPEARANCE ███
Victor has always been tall and strong, and his shoulders are very broad. His face is angular and has an air of smugness about it. His skin is quite light-complected, which is made to look even lighter by his long, dark hair. His whole appearance seems dark, from his hair to his near-black eyes, and his attire, which usually consists dark colors, to match his personality.
███ PERSONALITY
Victor is a very no-nonsense kind of man. He doesn't enjoy what normal people would consider 'fun'. His temper is very short, and his fits of anger are very severe. Because of the stressful times as an officer for the military, he becomes aggressive and protective easily. He feels the need to control his subordinates, and hates taking orders from others. However, though he is aggressive and controlling, he is also very clever. He enjoys anything that requires strategy, such as chess, which is one of the few games he truly enjoys.
HISTORY ███
Since he was a little boy, Victor had worked in a meatpacking plant to raise money for his family. They lived in a very crime-prone area of the slums, which Victor hated more than anything. Because he always looked old for his age, he ran away to join the infantry at the young age of fourteen. On the battlefields of World War I, he became a hero by saving a group of his fellow soldiers from a minefield. Slowly, he made his way up the ranks until he was a commander. When he was twenty-five years of age, his leg was injured on a mission. His crippling injury and his inability to function normally drove him mad. After nearly killing one of his scouts in a fit of anger, he was sent to an asylum.
He spent a year and a half in Aspen Valley Mental Hospital, a high-security insane asylum. There, they tested Rouge on some of the patients to see how it would help. It seemed to have cured him of any aggressive impulses, so they discharged him a few months later. Only weeks later, he returned to his old job in the military. Though he still drinks Rouge, he has returned to his old, aggressive self.
